您在发起文本翻译、语音翻译、拍照翻译等功能过程中，以及发起支付的过程中，我们会收集您的订单信息（包括订单号、订单来源、用户ID、订单价格、实际支付价格、支付渠道、支付方式、创建订单时间、订单支付时间），用于向您展示及便于您对订单进行管理。此类信息为您提交翻译服务并实现订单管理的必要信息，如您不提供，您将无法发起翻译和支付服务。

When you initiate functions such as text translation, voice translation, and photo translation, as well as during the payment process, we will collect your order information (including order number, order source, user ID, order price, actual payment amount, payment channel, payment method, order creation time, and order payment time) to display to you and facilitate your management of orders. Such information is necessary for you to submit translation services and achieve order management. If you do not provide it, you will not be able to initiate translation and payment services.

在您通过向我们提出投诉、建议或进行反馈时，为便于与您联系、尽快帮助您解决问题或记录相关问题的处理方案及结果，我们可能会收集您与我们的聊天记录、您提供的账号信息、您提供的联系方式信息、您为了证明相关事实提供的信息。如果您在此过程中需要上传截图，我们需要调用您设备的相机权限、相册权限/存储权限。我们收集上述信息是为了完成客户服务，如您不提供这类信息，您的投诉、建议和反馈可能无法得到及时、有效处理，但不影响您正常使用我们的其他服务。

When you file a complaint, make suggestions, or provide feedback to us, we may collect your chat records with us, account information you provide, contact information you provide, and information you provide to prove relevant facts, in order to facilitate communication with you, assist you in resolving issues as soon as possible, or record the handling plans and results of related issues. If you need to upload screenshots during this process, we will need to invoke the camera permission and album permission/storage permission of your device.
